The quality of a decision also depends on its execution.

We connect diagnosis, choices and implementation in one continuous process. A structured method, adapted to the reality of the business.

One decision line.
Through to execution.

Value comes from continuity between analysis, choices and action. Our method keeps that thread intact.

The thread starts from the client’s context and returns to the observed effects. The last step feeds the first.

01

Understand

Frame the right question. Clarify the context, expectations and decisions to support.

02

Quantify

Establish the facts. Connect data to economic drivers and make assumptions explicit.

03

Choose

Compare options. Weigh value, risk and the capacity to deliver.

04

Build

Make the decision actionable. Prepare the plan, tools and responsibilities.

05

Execute

Maintain momentum. Resolve obstacles, track commitments and adjust priorities.

06

Measure

Review the effects. Compare results with assumptions and transfer useful routines.

The right format for your challenge.

Scoping establishes objectives, cadence, deliverables and fees.

Three engagement formats compared by how continuous they are over time: Focused diagnostic, short, concentrated; Defined project, scoped, in phases; Ongoing support, sustained, at the leadership team's cadence. The schema shows relative shape, with no stated duration.Focused diagnosticShort, concentratedDefined projectScoped, in phasesOngoing supportSustained, at the leadership team's cadenceStartOver time

Focused diagnostic

Clarify the situation and prioritise the issues.

A focused engagement to establish the facts, identify gaps and decide what follows. The deliverable is a shared understanding of the problem and a proportionate roadmap.

Defined project

Build and implement a working model.

A defined scope, milestones and validation points. We work with teams on analysis, tools and processes through to the handover agreed in the mandate.

Ongoing support

Strengthen management capacity over time.

Regular involvement in reporting, decision forums or initiative tracking. Objectives and the level of involvement are reviewed as needs evolve.

An explicit working relationship.

When should we contact Masen?

When an important decision lacks clarity, a transformation needs to deliver or a transaction is approaching. You do not need a formal brief: the first conversation helps clarify the challenge.

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation about your context, priorities and timeframe. If the challenge fits our capabilities, we then propose a clear scope: objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees. Submitting a contact form creates no engagement.

Can you work with our existing advisers?

Yes. We can work alongside your finance team and M&A, legal, tax or technology advisers, with responsibilities and interfaces defined at the outset.

How are fees agreed?

They reflect the scope, cadence and level of involvement. Deliverables, working assumptions and commercial terms are agreed before work starts. We do not publish a standard rate that would conceal these differences.

What should we share initially?

Your context, the decision you face and your timeframe are enough. Please do not send sensitive documents through the form. Confidentiality and secure information-sharing arrangements are agreed before detailed information is exchanged.

What role does technology play?

It strengthens the quality and continuity of the work: reliable data, targeted automation and initiative tracking. Senior judgement and accountability for decisions remain central.

The next move
starts with a conversation.

A decision to clarify. A path to build. Let’s talk about your context.

Confidential conversations. Senior involvement.
