Controller and contact
The controller for enquiries addressed to Masen is To be completed before publication. For questions about your data: To be completed before publication. Full identification is provided in the legal notice.
Data and purposes
The form collects your name, work email, company, topic and message. Timeframe and phone number are optional. This information is used to handle your enquiry, contact you and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid sensitive data and confidential third-party information.
Basis and necessity
Where the GDPR applies, handling a service enquiry is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request; other professional enquiries and service security rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Required fields are needed to understand and answer the enquiry. The form checkbox acknowledges this notice and your request for contact; it is not marketing consent. The applicable basis must be confirmed for the entity and relevant jurisdictions.
Audience measurement and newsletter
Audience measurement uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These set no cookie and keep no persistent identifier able to recognise you across visits; they measure page views and aggregate performance indicators. No advertising tracker is active. Newsletter subscription is optional: only your email address and chosen language are sent to Resend, solely to deliver those publications. Every send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion at any time. Whether the measurement configuration is exempt from consent must be confirmed for the chosen setup and the relevant jurisdictions.
Recipients and providers
Enquiries are intended for authorised Masen personnel. The architecture uses Vercel for hosting and audience measurement, MongoDB Atlas for enquiry storage, and Resend for email notifications and for the mailing list. Data is not sold. Providers, regions, transfer safeguards and any CNDP formalities must be confirmed before launch.
Retention
The website database is configured to expire enquiries 365 days after creation; a short technical deletion delay may apply. Email and backup retention follow separate policies to be configured with providers and in Masen’s mailbox. If a contractual relationship begins, necessary data is handled under the requirements and retention periods for that relationship. Form-protection counters expire after thirty minutes; they use a derived technical identifier and do not store the plain IP address in the website database.
Guided assistant
The assistant uses prepared answers based on the website’s services. Questions and answers stay in page memory and disappear on reload or when you clear the conversation. They are neither sent to a third-party AI model nor stored in MongoDB. Only an enquiry deliberately submitted through the form is stored.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Send your request to To be completed before publication, with information that identifies the enquiry. Proportionate proof of identity may be requested where there is doubt. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France or CNDP in Morocco depending on your situation. CNDP reference where applicable: To be completed before publication.
